Dr. Syed Arshad Hussain Vice Principal & Professor
is the vice-principal of the institution. He is a very important member of the senior management team around which the functioning of institution hinges upon. He holds an MBA degree and a Ph.D., and with 14 years of work experience (industry as well as teaching), he brings to the table his competencies both as an administrator as well as a Professor of Human Resources Management and Finance.

Dr. Mir Nusrat Ali Associate Professor - Management & IT | HSM College
Dr. Mir Nusrat Ali, a foundational figure at HSM since its inception, brings over 25 years of academic and industry experience spanning Management and Information Technology. Holding a Ph.D., M.Phil., MBA and a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Dr. Ali’s multidisciplinary background enables him to offer a unique and dynamic teaching approach rooted in practical, real-world relevance.
A key contributor to strategic curriculum initiatives, Dr. Ali is noted for his expertise in case-based learning, particularly in Information Technology applications and RDBMS systems. His engaging pedagogy and student-centric focus have earned him consistent appreciation from both learners and peers.
He serves as a Subject Expert on the Board of Studies for MBA and has been a Paper Setter at Shadan College of Engineering & Technology. His contributions in curriculum enhancement and academic rigor reflect his commitment to elevating management education standards. In his research pursuits, Dr. Ali is an approved Co-Guide in Management at JJTU, mentoring research scholars with a focus on technology-integrated management practices. He is frequently invited for seminars and workshops where he shares insights at the intersection of academia and industry. Dr. Ali continues to enrich the academic space through publications, certifications and active participation in professional forums strengthening HSM academic profile and inspiring future leaders.

Dr. A. Mamta Sridevi Associate Professor
holds an MBA with about eight years of teaching experience covering subjects such as Financial Risk Management and Financial Services Systems. She performs the duties of a role-play specialist at HSM.

Dr. Humera Fatima Associate Professor
holds an MBA degree and specializes in moulding management accountants. She has five years of teaching experience and deals with financial accounting, analysis, and statistics for management at HSM.
Principal’s Profile:
I am glad and proud to announce that HSM is planning to introduce value-addition teaching and training programmes for students enrolled into our MBA programme. The entrepreneurship development programme involving practical assignment with corporates, and the certificate courses on global soft skills and adaptability management help in development of the students’ core competencies. The aim is to equip them with the capacity for smooth transition into the professional environment and provide them avenues to become top management consultants as well as self-made entrepreneurs. Therefore, our endeavour has been to expose them to all the basic functional skills of management by a highly trained, motivated, and enthusiastic group of faculty, so as to enable them compete with the best managerial talent of the corporate world. I am happy to submit that due focus is also given to imbuing the intrinsic qualities of loyalty, integrity, and honesty, and blended with this is our sustained hard work by providing our students professional training and moulding them in way that they prove themselves as obvious choices for the corporate employers.
