  • Dr. Syed Arshad Hussain Vice Principal & Professor

    is the vice-principal of the institution. He is a very important member of the senior management team around which the functioning of institution hinges upon. He holds an MBA degree and a Ph.D., and with 14 years of work experience (industry as well as teaching), he brings to the table his competencies both as an administrator as well as a Professor of Human Resources Management and Finance.

    regularly contributes to the publication of many books on management studies; some of his work is as follows:

  • Dr. Mir Nusrat Ali Associate Professor

    has fourteen years of teaching experience, with specific involvement in strategic case-study analysis. He holds MBA and M.Phil., degrees, and at HSM, besides case-studies, he also deals with Information Technology & RDBMS systems.

  • Dr. A. Mamta Sridevi Associate Professor

    holds an MBA with about eight years of teaching experience covering subjects such as Financial Risk Management and Financial Services Systems. She performs the duties of a role-play specialist at HSM.

  • Dr. Humera Fatima Associate Professor

    holds an MBA degree and specializes in moulding management accountants. She has five years of teaching experience and deals with financial accounting, analysis, and statistics for management at HSM.

Principal’s Profile:

I am glad and proud to announce that HSM is planning to introduce value-addition teaching and training programmes for students enrolled into our MBA programme. The entrepreneurship development programme involving practical assignment with corporates, and the certificate courses on global soft skills and adaptability management help in development of the students’ core competencies. The aim is to equip them with the capacity for smooth transition into the professional environment and provide them avenues to become top management consultants as well as self-made entrepreneurs. Therefore, our endeavour has been to expose them to all the basic functional skills of management by a highly trained, motivated, and enthusiastic group of faculty, so as to enable them compete with the best managerial talent of the corporate world. I am happy to submit that due focus is also given to imbuing the intrinsic qualities of loyalty, integrity, and honesty, and blended with this is our sustained hard work by providing our students professional training and moulding them in way that they prove themselves as obvious choices for the corporate employers.
