Assistance and counselling with placement is provided to all HSM students on the verge of completion of their programme. We conduct periodic campus recruitment drives in sync with some of our existing industrial associates while negotiations are on to bring in more and more interested corporates for interaction with our students. The significance we have attached to extensive industry and corporate interaction has also helped facilitate exposure to the students as regards how the industry thinks, and what it expects its incumbent managers to possess. This has, more often than not, yielded the right mix of academic intellect and business acumen.

All this has been made possible on the back of industry association formed on the basis of having created a pool of really good talent for the industry. Our alumni has been able to rise upto the expectations of the industry in all respects which has resulted in the brand HSM, thus creating a platform from which the next batches of graduates will give flight to their careers.

The placement coordinators at HSM following periodic assessment of the development of students provide them with objective advice and guidance across a wide range of areas that help them achieve their career goals. They also conduct brief orientation sessions with the help of successful business leaders on various aspects relating to performing their duty as managers for the efficient conduct of business such as the drive to succeed, pro-activeness, and adaptability to change, etc. Also touched upon are transcendental qualities like sense of purpose and ethics.
